Amenities range from pools to community centers, polo field, hiking trails, parks, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, shopping (including the Mall at University Town Center) and dining within walking or short driving distance.

Neighborhoods of special interest:

Country Club East / Country Club West. These prestigious communities provide first-class amenities including the option of membership in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club.

Esplanade Golf & Country Club. Resort-style amenities are available for homes or maintenance-free condos in this community surrounded by lakes and nature preserves.

River Club. Homes surround the greens of beautiful River Club golf course. Yet, you’ll find yourself conveniently located near the I75 corridor at northern Lakewood Ranch.

Bradenton / Parrish
